Are the rice dumplings suitable for Vegans/Vegetarians?
Yes, the Brown Rice and Mushroom & Chestnut Dumplings are vegan. The Nonya Dumpling is suitable for vegetarians only as it contains a minimal content of egg white powder.

Can I consume the rice dumplings without heating them?
For purchases made via our Mr Bean retail stores, you can consume the rice dumplings without heating. For chilled rice dumplings, please follow the below instructions on how to heat up before consumption.
How do I heat up the rice dumplings?
Room temperature: Steam for 15 minutes or microwave (800W) for 1 minute.
Chilled: Steam for 25 minutes or microwave (800W) for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Frozen: Fully thaw the rice dumplings, steam for 25 minutes or microwave (800W) for 1 minute 30 seconds.
What kind of strings do you use for tying the rice dumplings?
We use only food-safe dumpling string or cotton butcher’s string on our rice dumplings!
